OffCampus Verified means the landlord/contact details, listing information, photos, and submitted documents were reviewed by OffCampus. Students must still view the property before paying rent or deposit.

Landlords can apply by submitting identity, property authority, and supporting documents. OffCampus admins review the submission and approve or reject the request.

OffCampus Verified does not mean the property was physically inspected by any institution, its administration, or OffCampus.
